Malcolm Maxwell Photography reserves the right to display any of the photographs taken and use them for promotional, competition, internet and exhibition purposes unless agreed to the contrary in writing.

A deposit of £200 secures your coverage however the balance of your chosen wedding package must be paid at least 4 weeks before the wedding

The standard coverage starts with the main arrivals before the ceremony then a mock register signing is taken followed by photographs of the couple and guests afterwards. On arriving at the reception a mock cake cutting is set up plus a few extra photographs. Extended coverage by prior arrangement.

Returns Policy

By UK Law you are entitled to cancel, for any reason, an unwanted order. This cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the order was received.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If the photos have been damaged you are entitled to a full refund including the postage costs incurred by returning the photos to us. We will automatically give a refund on the credit card used to purchase the order.

If you are returning an order because you ordered the wrong photo or for any other reason other than faulty goods, we will credit your card with the amount of the photo and the postage costs. However, we will not pay for your costs in returning the unwanted goods to us.

All monies will be returned within 30 days of the order being cancelled.

Cancellation

A full unconditional refund policy exists for a period of 14 days from receipt of the contract and payment. After that date, booking fee refunds are at the discretion of Maxwell Photography. Cancellation charges will be as follows: (Number of days before the wedding)

60 days or less - 100%
61-90 days - 75%
91-120 days - 50%

Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, at the discretion of the photographers and subject to availability, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding. In this case the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time.
