In order to process the order we (Malcolm Maxwell Photography) must store and use the information you provide at the registration stage of the order. This contact information, i.e. name, address, telephone and email address is stored in our contact database.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We will not pass your details on to any third parties. We will not contact you with any unsolicted e-mails or marketing materials.

We do not share your information with any other companies other than for fraud prevention. All details required to complete payment processing takes place on a secure server. Payment details are held on the secure server only as long as it requires to complete the order i.e. from the time the order is placed until the order has been dispatched. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

It is required that we use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
